We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Ecosystem Operations team. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Support the channel partner ecosystem by responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries relating to our Nextwave partner program.
Your Impact on Our Organization
- Ensure seamless access to the partner portal for all authorized users.
- Verify and troubleshoot access issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain high-quality documentation.
- 10+ years of experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with solid verbal, written, and presentation skills for all levels within the organization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
- Proficiency in G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance).
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of business domains and being accountable to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Ecosystem/Channel sales organizations, partners, distributors, cloud service providers, system integrators, etc.
- Experience supporting partner programs and its various components, such as onboarding, compliance, deal registration, rebates, and incentives.
- Experience identifying Ecosystem process issues, building recommendations, and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
