Senior Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple online and offline events, conferences, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to drive audience growth, maximize attendance, and improve attendee conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audience acquisition plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach tactics (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to engage and convert attendees.
  • Build and maintain high-quality databases to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth and improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
Event & Campaign Operations:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
Stakeholder & Client Management:
  • Manage senior client relationships to ensure impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
