Senior LPG Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior LPG Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our LPG cylinder filling station. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining high-pressure gas facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities, including cylinder filling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to local regulations and industry standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Stock Management: Effectively manage LPG stock levels, tracking inventory and replenishing as necessary to meet customer demand.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate delivery and return of cylinders, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supervise and maintain equipment, including pumps, compressors, scales, and valves, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive operational and technical reports, documenting key metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in LPG operations management, with a strong background in safety and compliance.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians and plant operators.
