Job Title: Fiscal Strategic Partner

This role specializes in financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) through in-depth analysis and reporting, providing meaningful insights to senior business leaders.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to drive the business forward and monitor progress.

Strong analytical thinking skills are necessary for navigating complex models and advanced Excel functions and techniques.

The ideal candidate will need excellent written, communication, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information.

This position involves preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, developing and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with the leadership team to formulate the company's medium- to long-term financial and strategic plan.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics
  • Develop and maintain analytical models on key operating measures
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
  • Produce models to project long-term growth and identify impacting business factors
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance
  • Utilize existing tools to deliver actionable insights into business performance
  • Communicate findings to senior management, highlighting the reasons behind product/department performance and results
