SAAS Sales Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned SaaS sales professional to drive product-market fit and sales strategy execution.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance product management with sales strategy execution, achieving product-market fit, developing sales strategies, and maximizing customer satisfaction by aligning our SaaS products with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive adoption, increase market share, and achieve revenue goals.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft strong positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and convert opportunities into closed sales.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, leveraging these findings to shape product and sales strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with essential tools, resources, and training, including sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies.
- Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into product updates and new features.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, track KPIs, and regularly report on performance against sales targets.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying new channels and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while optimizing the sales process.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in SaaS sales and product management, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS products, including UX, architecture, and technical features, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical skills for identifying market trends and refining strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Technical proficiency to translate complex features for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, product management, or a similar role.
- Experience as a founder/co-founder or experience selling products in early-stage startups.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Successful experience selling B2B or subscription-based SaaS products.
- Proven success in launching and selling SaaS products in competitive markets.
