Job Title:
HCM Payroll Expert
This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM and payroll implementation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions to meet client needs.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance.
- • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements:
- • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
- • Completion of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
- • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and ability to develop complex formulas.
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
- • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
