Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll to implement, configure, and support our Oracle HCM solutions.

We're looking for an experienced consultant with deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly within the Middle East/Saudi payroll landscape. As a Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Saudi Arabian clients, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Design, develop, and test complex Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and other business processes.
  • Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.
  • Extensive, proven experience with Oracle Payroll (Saudi), including an in-depth understanding of Saudi payroll rules, social insurance (GOSI), and end-of-service (EOS) calculations.
  • Strong expertise in building and debugging Fast Formulas is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Modules.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA (HR) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
