Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to implement, configure and support our Oracle HCM solutions in the Middle East/Saudi payroll landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Saudi Arabian clients, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Design, develop and test complex Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management and other business processes.
  • Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management and Talent Management.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects and optimize system performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes and user guides.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.
  • Extensive, proven experience with Oracle Payroll (Saudi), including an in-depth understanding of Saudi payroll rules, social insurance (GOSI) and end-of-service (EOS) calculations.
  • Strong expertise in building and debugging Fast Formulas is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management and Talent Modules.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA (HR) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
