Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and configuration team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll solutions to clients in Saudi Arabia.

This hands-on role requires a strong blend of technical and functional knowledge, with a focus on Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and Fast Formula.

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Saudi Arabian clients, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Design, develop, and test complex Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and other business processes.
  • Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.
  • Extensive, proven experience with Oracle Payroll (Saudi), including an in-depth understanding of Saudi payroll rules, social insurance (GOSI), and end-of-service (EOS) calculations.
  • Strong expertise in building and debugging Fast Formulas.
