Delivering innovative solutions is a key objective of this role as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. You will be responsible for collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to understand client requirements, design end-to-end processes, and develop integration strategies.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions, and oversee offshore development teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
  • Design end-to-end processes for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Absence Management
  • Develop integration strategies with other enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with onshore and client teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery

You will also be responsible for providing technical and functional guidance to team members, working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, and conducting workshops, design reviews, and presentations to gather feedback and refine solutions.
