Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking people strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on matters related to culture, change management, and people growth.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong track record of driving culture, engagement, and leadership development in scaling, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in org design, talent strategy, performance management, and employee experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across levels and regions.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's in HR, Org Psychology, or related field preferred.
