
Dynamic Workplace Culture Specialist

This dynamic leader will be responsible for shaping our workplace culture, championing talent, and designing systems that prioritize employee engagement and retention.
Culture & Engagement- Develop initiatives that foster a sense of community, energy, ownership, and collaboration among team members.
- Design programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication that resonate with our diverse workforce.
- Be a cultural ambassador, actively listening to team sentiment and taking proactive steps to evolve our workplace dynamics.
- Build strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
- Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition that motivate employees to grow with us.
- Own and evolve the onboarding experience to create strong cultural alignment from Day 1, ensuring new hires feel valued and supported.
- Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability, empowering employees to reach their full potential.
- Partner with leaders to identify L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks that support employee growth and success.
- Foster a culture of learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling tracks that develop employees' skills and expertise.
- Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and compliant with Indian labor laws, safeguarding employee rights and well-being.
- Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration in partnership with the Finance team, ensuring seamless financial management.
- Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes.
- Use data analytics to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Own the company's employer brand on platforms like Glassdoor, showcasing our team culture, values, and impact to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build a reputation as a workplace of choice, highlighting our unique value proposition and employee-centric approach.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes efficiently.
- Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and compliance practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth, driving business outcomes through innovative solutions.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to inform business strategies.
