Job Title:

Lease Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team, reporting directly to a Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Local Managed Services operations and people management as part of the Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engage with Business leaders locally and globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture and community development.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation in India through policy adoption, training, and cross-training for teams.
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership to ensure a common approach while managing resources and development.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and objectives by delivering technology initiatives in support of growth.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Departments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 7 years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field with global team management or leadership expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage abstraction projects, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire a team to achieve great results.
  • Polished communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with problem-solving skills and a client-centric focus.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; Master's preferred.
