Role: Business Operations Specialist - Data Platform Expert

This is a long-term, full-time contract position.

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

100% Remote Work Arrangement

The primary objective of this role is to enhance business operations through process improvement, data platform engineering, and automation while contributing to the expansion of EDP data entitlement.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis and automation
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and FinOps practices
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Quicksight, or similar)
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization principles
