
People Operations Strategic Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner who will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our global team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
About the JobAs a Business Partner, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, introducing them to company culture and policies, and managing onboarding processes. You will also conduct background verification checks, maintain regular check-ins with employees, and solve people-related conflicts or concerns in collaboration with leaders and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Culture and Policies: Introduce new employees to company culture and policies, and provide ongoing support to ensure they understand and adhere to them.
- Verification Checks: Conduct thorough background verification checks in partnership with vendors to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
- Employee Engagement: Maintain regular check-ins with employees to ensure high happiness and productivity, and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Work collaboratively with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience in People Operations or a related field.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, maturity, ability to handle sensitive people matters, high energy levels, strong people skills, empathy, written and verbal communication skills, experience in People Operations and large-scale people roles, knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations case management, data analysis and problem-solving skills, effective teamwork and organizational skills.
