Job Title: Customer Advocate
About the Role:This position requires a proactive and customer-focused professional who can handle conflicts effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have prior relevant work experience, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Taking on new opportunities and challenges with enthusiasm.
- Buidling partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Handling conflict situations effectively with a minimum of disruption.
- Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder.
- Applying the Service Capability, Capacity and Coverage process to understand customer expectations, business priorities, and where products are operating to provide capable and consistent service.
- Capturing specific data using required service tools and following procedures to document information in the service management system.
- Analyzing customer issues to verify root cause of failure and associated progressive damage using published service information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
- Prior technical experience and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Educational Background:
- Diploma in Mechanical (UG)
- Postgraduate degree (PG)
