Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Develop and execute tele-calling and customer engagement plans to drive sales growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English and other regional languages.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
