Role Overview

This is a critical production role in ensuring operational excellence, efficient production planning, and adherence to quality standards within our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating with internal teams, developing and executing production plans, and overseeing the execution of approved manufacturing processes.

They will also lead quality assessments, address customer complaints, and supervise and train production personnel. Additionally, they will manage resource allocation, productivity, and cost control, as well as collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless production and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Prepare and review production documents for new products in line with QA guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of approved manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead quality assessments and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train production personnel, fostering a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Manage the complete production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for efficient workflow.
  • Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain operational harmony on the production floor.
  • Support production planning, budgeting, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Key Skills & Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of core production experience in leather accessories.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars (TNA), and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
