Sous Chef Role Summary">

The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient kitchen operation by ensuring high-quality food products and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain set standards, monitor time management, and provide ongoing training to team members.
  • Develop and implement systems, procedures, and rules to achieve organizational objectives, enhance service quality, and drive growth.
  • Lead technical/specialized teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Culinary expertise, leadership experience, and a minimum of 8 years in the profession with advanced skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior management role in a luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line with international exposure.
  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on cruise ships or in 5-star hotels with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
