Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Product Operations Coordinator to join our team in IT Park, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.

This role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
  2. Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  5. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
