Key Responsibilities & Major Activities

The primary function of this role is to oversee the production process, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include formulating production plans, scheduling and supervising production lines, planning meetings and worker schedules, and maintaining cost-effective production standards.

Achieving 100% On-Time In-Full delivery is crucial, as well as minimizing waste generation and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for selecting and maintaining production equipment, enforcing product standards and quality control programs, and implementing contamination control measures.

In terms of safety and compliance, the successful candidate will enforce safety rules and standards across the department, ensure plant operations are ISO certified and environmentally compliant, and support Process Safety Management in all operations.

Finally, the role involves developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring adherence to procedures to ensure first-pass quality, and continuously improving process capability and efficiency.

  • Process Standardization and Improvement: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
