  • Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in mass manufacturing, automation, robotics, and data analytics to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in mass manufacturing or similar environments.
  • Proven track record of driving productivity growth, quality improvement, and cost reduction through innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
