Job Overview

The position of Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, overseeing multiple assigned projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to operational goals. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost details for multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress, and identify critical/risk issues.
  • Support and manage the project plan/team, adhere to project timing, and best practices to meet operational objectives.
  • Billing and payment processes are managed in accordance with terms and conditions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proper handover and maintenance of professional relationships.
  • Monitor and closure of snags/observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on retention amounts.
  • Site visits of new projects, preparation of photographic reports, and submission to tender team.
  • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing.
  • Cost management and vendor relations.
  • Timely client bill raising as per terms and conditions.
  • Preparation of cash flow for each project.
  • Follow-ups on client payments and financial reconciliations.
  • Presentation of reports in weekly meetings.
Requirements:

Familiarity with project management principles and practices is essential for this role. A strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and risk management is also required.

An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is necessary for success in this position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also vital for effective stakeholder management.
