Senior Leadership Position

This is a senior leadership position that involves working closely with the CEO on key initiatives to drive growth, revenue, and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems through first-principle thinking and drive execution to deliver outcomes.
- Business Development: Work closely with Sales to maximize revenue through identifying funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
- Customer Success: Drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn in collaboration with Customer Success.
- Partnerships: Own and drive key partnerships to ensure seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Company-Wide Initiatives: Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, focusing on improving onboarding processes and driving org health projects.
- Strategic Hiring: Support strategic hiring efforts, from workforce planning to closing key roles in Sales, CS, and Ops.
- Revenue and Capacity Planning: Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
- Business Metrics: Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards for accurate, actionable data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be a true business generalist with 2+ years of early-stage startup experience on the business side. They will love all things business and sales, enjoy getting their hands dirty, and thrive in ambiguity.
