About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee IT operations and ensure seamless system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing systems, networks, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • System & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • User Assistance: Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for smooth operations.
  • Data Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT Security protocols.
  • Overview about VMware and Cyber Security is a plus.
