Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

  • Automate recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.
