Desktop Support Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to oversee the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

This key position involves ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of our IT environment by administering Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, providing support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure, and utilizing Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incident and service request management processes, handling grant application/drive/folder access requests, and administering user accounts in Active Directory.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools

A successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
