Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Program Manager Intern to join our team. This intern will assist in managing technical programs, drive project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

This role offers hands-on experience in managing technical projects, exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration, insight into the end-to-end product development lifecycle, mentorship from senior program managers and engineers, and a chance to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs, from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
