Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

This position is responsible for coordinating project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage project implementation and delivery plan in coordination with team leads.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for developing a detailed project briefing after capturing all requirements.
  • Manage CRM and invoicing processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing/accounts management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
