Project Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning:
    • Prepare project budgets and schedules with milestones and timelines.
    • Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
    • Develop proposals and techno-commercial offers in collaboration with clients and consultants.
  • Client Coordination:
    • Conduct site visits to understand scope and constraints.
    • Provide technical input during client meetings and negotiations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project.
  • Design & Technical Coordination:
    • Coordinate with design and engineering teams for project plans and technical specifications.
    • Validate project plans for constructability and practical execution.
    • Ensure timely release of 'Good for Construction' project documents.
  • Production Planning & Procurement:
    • Plan fabrication schedules in line with project requirements.
    • Monitor production progress at factory and ensure quality control.
    • Coordinate procurement of materials and resources.
    • Track material dispatches to site as per project schedule.
  • Site Execution & Monitoring:
    • Supervise site works including foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works.
    • Manage subcontractors, labor, and equipment deployment.
    • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
    • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Project Completion & Handover:
    • Monitor snag lists and ensure rectifications before handover.
    • Prepare final documentation including project reports, quality certificates, and completion certificates.
    • Conduct client walkthroughs and obtain approvals.
    • Support accounts/finance team in payment milestone certifications.
