Interior Stylist - Project Coordinator

The Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Stylist to support our styling and sourcing projects across residential, hospitality, and real estate verticals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, interiors, and storytelling through spaces. As a key team member, you will work closely with senior stylists, architects, and procurement teams to bring projects to life with styling finesse and curated design sensibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior stylists in conceptualizing and executing styling projects, ensuring that all elements align with the client's vision.

• Source and arrange furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories for residential, hospitality, and show-flat projects, maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetics.

• Prepare moodboards, styling mock-ups, and visual presentations for clients, effectively communicating their design preferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Styling, or related field.

• Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail and storytelling through objects and spaces.

• Basic knowledge of CAD/SketchUp and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva/Keynote).

• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor coordination (furniture, furnishings, décor).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
