Project Coordinator Role
Our organization seeks a Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. This includes coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum/Kanban based execution.
  • Expertise in Jira.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery quality across streams of work.
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  • Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:
  • Excellent educational background in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Experience in IAM systems, especially SailPoint related product implementation and support, is highly valued.
