We are looking for experienced Technical Program Managers to drive our cross-functional initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to lead our engineering teams.

  • Program Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating programs, driving delivery to completion, providing support when issues arise, managing program scope, timelines and resources to ensure smooth deployments and execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential to enable effective engagement with our engineering teams. The ability to understand High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs, ask the right questions and facilitate informed discussions is crucial.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: We are seeking a collaborative leader who can facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication and understanding.
  • Risk Management: The ideal candidate will identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact program success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective communication of program status, risks and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end quarterly planning cycle, including coordinating with product teams to gather concept notes or PRDs, working with Design teams to obtain wireframes or sketches, collaborating with Engineering teams to conduct grooming sessions and finalize feature lists.
  • Lead communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure clarity, transparency and accountability.
  • Run bi-weekly tracking and check-ins to monitor progress against plan, identify blockers and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement, simplifying workflows and maximizing team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to understand cross functional dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered programs.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical programs.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
