Serve as a Technical Coordinator

Location: Nagpur / Pune, Maharashtra, India

Fulltime role

Multiple Positions

  • OMP Tool knowledge is required for this position.
  • Coordinate with OMP for PAK Implementation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan and execute PAK in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular DRR calls, compose install instructions to support the team.
  • ADC configuration is also part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • You will lead technical installations, track software versions and configurations.
  • You will effectively communicate and report status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • You will plan, integrate, and meet project commitments across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams.
  • You will remove impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams.
  • You will drive process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams, not individual scrum teams.
  • Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews will be planned with stakeholders.
  • You will protect the teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters, not scrum team members.
  • Risk management and mitigations will be supported.
  • You will serve as a communication liaison between scrum masters, shared teams, Product managers, and stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer is essential.
  • Demonstratable experience in big program implementations involving multiple applications.
  • Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery is required.
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge, and end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain processes are necessary.
  • Solid experience supporting stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle is needed.
  • Expertise in system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing projects using J&J SDLC is preferred.
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations is ideal.
  • Certification in areas of expertise is desirable.

Required Skills:

  • Fundamental communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams is crucial.
  • Ability to adapt and compromise while working at both macro and micro levels is required.
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency are vital.
  • Creative problem-solving skills are necessary.
