Role Overview

A key role in shaping the RevOps function is available, responsible for setting up full-funnel systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

This includes complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring models, and fixing revenue leakages to ensure clients get the ROI they expect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end system implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced routing.
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  • Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Manage data governance within the system.
  • Collaborate with teams to roll out a holistic framework for clients.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps experience and system implementation expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub system setups.
  • Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools and APIs.
  • Analytical mindset — you can find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
  • Bonus: exposure to similar platforms.
