Job Description:

Muthoot Fincorp is seeking an accomplished HR leader to drive talent acquisition and business partnering across its Territory-I region based in Hyderabad. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by attracting top talent and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years overall HR experience, with at least one significant stint (5+ years) in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector. A postgraduate degree in HR or MBA in Human Resources is required. Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices, statutory compliance, and labour laws is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent, reduce hiring turnaround time, and enhance candidate experience for the territory.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met with high-quality hires.
  3. Recruitment Metrics: Define and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.) through recruitment data analysis.
  4. Employee Life Cycle: Oversee the entire employee life cycle process – from job requisition to onboarding, engagement, and exit.
  5. Sourcing Strategy: Implement a strong sourcing strategy to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Partnership with Zone Leadership: Partner with zone leadership to develop and maintain manpower as per approved requirements across locations under your territory.
  7. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
  8. Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and ensure PF closure for employees exiting the organization.
  9. Employee Queries: Address and resolve general employee queries within defined TAT.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training support, and strengthen leadership connect for critical roles.
