As a skilled recruitment professional, you will support the execution of strategic hiring initiatives to meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Process Management
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, aviation institutes, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including background checks and security clearances.
  • Workforce Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in forecasting hiring needs based on operational schedules and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and station managers to align recruitment efforts with workforce plans.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
  • Candidate Experience & Engagement
  • Provide excellent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding processes and gather feedback to enhance candidate experience.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and events to attract talent.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors for sourcing and compliance.
  • Support reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Technology & Reporting
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and job postings.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for internal review.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools.
  • Compliance & Inclusion
  • Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws, safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in operational environments.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and security clearance processes is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
