Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's hiring strategy. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders to identify workforce requirements and developing targeted sourcing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment approaches.
  • Proactively source and engage with high-potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and headhunting tools.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hiring that meets business objectives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and engage with stakeholders until the role is filled.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional heads and other stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in hiring for FMCG roles (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain).
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with a focus on passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
