Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms, coordinating interview scheduling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Execution
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and selection processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or operational environments.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and job boards.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
