About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our Bulk Hiring Team Handling experience is a must, preferably with 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with team management exposure.

As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles within banking, financial services, and insurance domains. This role involves leading a high-performing team to achieve hiring targets, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring a consistent supply of top-tier talent.

You will leverage your expertise in the BFSI landscape to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and drive innovative solutions to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters specializing in BFSI hiring.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the BFSI sector.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and deliver insights for process improvements.
  • Stay updated on BFSI trends to attract and hire top industry talent.
