Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund Ltd.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with corporate clients to deepen relationships and increase NPS penetration among their employees through targeted initiatives
  • Collaborate with business teams of group companies to identify and acquire new corporate clients for our NPS business
  • Support the Business Development Manager in driving strategic business initiatives and contributing to the development of our corporate business strategy
  • Analyze industry trends and developments, prepare corporate presentations, and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, business development, or product management roles in the pension funds/NPS sales space (or equivalent experience in non-finance backgrounds)
  • Strong execution skills, communication skills, networking, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to speak local languages (Kannada)
  • A valid two-wheeler license

Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (estimated salary range based on industry standards)
