Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership to align people strategies with business growth and management targets.

  • As a trusted advisor, the successful applicant will drive organizational effectiveness by collaborating with senior sales leaders.
  • Key responsibilities include leading workforce planning, anticipating business demand, and ensuring timely hiring, succession planning, and mobility of sales talent.
  • Additional duties involve partnering with Sales Enablement and Learning teams to strengthen critical sales capabilities, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance management, while driving continuous development and career growth.
  • The role also requires managing complex employee relations across multiple countries, providing guidance on disciplinary cases, grievances, and policy application in alignment with global frameworks.
  • Furthermore, the successful candidate will partner with Total Rewards to ensure compensation and benefits structures are competitive and equitable, supporting retention of top performers.
  • Other key responsibilities include building diverse sales talent pipelines, increasing representation and inclusion in client-facing roles, and leveraging HR and workforce data to provide insights that shape sales talent strategy.
