Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the success of our multifamily investment and operating platform focused on workforce and affordable housing.

This full-time remote position offers excellent growth opportunities and direct interaction with clients and team members. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience in a strategic support role, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing email inbox, prioritizing messages, drafting replies, and flagging urgent matters
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with brokers, investors, and internal team members
  • Anticipating needs, surfacing critical information, and ensuring senior leadership is prepared for all meetings and decisions

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Ownership of the firm's CRM and deal pipeline, extracting property and market information from Offering Memorandums (OMs), broker emails, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Tracking deal stages and generating pipeline reports
  • Overseeing daily tasks and checklists to ensure workstreams remain on track

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar strategic support role
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to learn and work with software platforms like HubSpot and CoStar

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Real estate industry knowledge (multifamily or commercial)
  • Experience drafting or reviewing legal documents (NDAs, Letters of Intent)
  • Familiarity with CoStar or other property data tools

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and minimal oversight.
