Role Description: Sales Engineer

As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, business development, and customer acquisition through technical sales advice and support on LTCEL and Komatsu products. You will identify potential sales leads, develop long-term relationships with customers, negotiate contract agreements, and meet budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter.

Educational & Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-10 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment like excavators, compactors, loaders, etc.

  • Strong technical knowledge of our products
  • Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Effective communication (Written & Verbal) in English, Hindi, and Regional Language
  • Confident, outgoing, attention to detail, perseverance, and endurance
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Teamworking and organizational skills
