Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales of rotary equipment to lead our sales efforts nationwide.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging their extensive network and industry knowledge to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales objectives across India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments, to generate revenue and increase market presence.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, leveraging insights to drive sales strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales of rotary equipment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software & willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
