Job Description:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycles and business development through customer acquisition and building long-term relationships. You'll provide technical advice and support on LTCEL & Komatsu products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Educational Requirements:
A B.E. Mech or DME degree with 2-10 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment is required. We look for candidates with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential sales leads and maximize customer potential in designated regions
* Develop long-term relationships with customers by managing their requirements and providing personalized service
* Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
* Meet existing and prospective customers regularly to finalize product sales and provide support
* Collaborate with dealer Sales Engineers to ensure successful product sales and customer satisfaction
