Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of the business to inform people-related strategies and decisions.
  • HR Leadership: Own all people-related agendas, including hiring, retention, engagement, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Collaboration: Build trust with supervisors and managers through regular coaching and advisory sessions.
  • Employee Experience: Design and implement org-wide engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, energy, and a sense of belonging.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues for managers and leaders.
  • Talent Development: Work with managers to identify skills and competencies required for existing and open positions, aligning job descriptions.
  • Culture Alignment: Strengthen awareness of company policies, practices, values, and ways of working.
  • HR Expertise: Provide guidance on feedback, employee relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Analysis and Insights: Analyze and interpret various types of people data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 MBA or equivalent, or 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • At least 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into actionable people strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and social skills with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity, and strong stakeholder focus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint with ability to manage data and derive insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable.
