Job Description

Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.Develop and implement talent management initiatives to nurture employee growth and performance.Lead employee engagement programmes to foster a productive and inclusive workplace culture.Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.Analyse HR metrics and offer insights to support data-driven decision-making.Address employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and maintaining harmony.Partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change and transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR operations within the property or real estate industry.Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements in India.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.A strategic mindset with a focus on aligning HR goals with business objectives.
