Job Title: Senior IT Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT service delivery professional to lead the implementation of new functionality and services. As a senior IT service manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Lists, Workflow Activities, Script Includes, Flows, etc.

You will also develop and deliver customized portal web pages with custom widgets in ServiceNow portal using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks. Additionally, you will work on Service Catalog and Request Workflow Design and Configuration, as well as Modules & Application implementation and Automated Test Framework knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new functionality and services
  • Develop and deliver customized portal web pages
  • Work on Service Catalog and Request Workflow Design and Configuration
  • Implement Modules & Application and Automated Test Framework knowledge
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and review requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, glide scripting, jQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap, HTML, Ajax, CSS
  • Knowledge of technical components such as ServiceNow LDAP, SSO, Search, Reports, Users and Groups configuration
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases
