Job Title:

Senior Operations Manager for Digital Delivery

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our digital delivery team. This role requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital delivery teams
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks
  • Develop training plans for team members
  • Assist in the migration and upgrade of client applications
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior position
  • 5+ years of experience working in the digital sector
  • Knowledge of digital providers, tool sets, and delivery methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and quality assurance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
